Nightborn Empire Privacy Notice

Nightborn Empire processes account identifiers, optional email addresses, device and app diagnostics, push-notification tokens, gameplay state, social and chat activity, and store transaction identifiers to operate and secure the game.

How data is used

We use this information for authentication, cloud saves, gameplay, social features, purchase validation, customer support, fraud prevention, crash diagnosis, and notifications you permit.

Service providers

Infrastructure, platform stores, Firebase services, and other processors may handle limited data on our behalf. Store payment details are processed by Apple or Google; Nightborn Empire receives transaction identifiers and entitlement results.

Retention and choices

Data is retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You can disable notifications in device settings and request account deletion in the in-game Account panel or on the account deletion page.
