Three ordered hero positions

The formation has a front position and two rear positions. Select ready, distinct owned heroes and check the commander before launch. Heroes contribute their skills and development to the formation; position matters. The commander determines march capacity, so adding heroes does not add their individual capacities together.

Bring the troops you intend to risk

Crimson Brutes form the front, Blood Reavers follow and Shade Stalkers occupy the rear. Choose available troop tiers and quantities within capacity. Balance the force against the target and the reserves you need elsewhere. Committed heroes and troops remain unavailable for other work until their activity and return finish.

Defense and final checks

Review your preferred defensive heroes as well as your outgoing army. Unavailable preferred defenders can be replaced automatically by available heroes; the saved preference is retained. Before confirming a march, inspect target, travel time, formation, capacity and protection warnings. Track the march through departure, resolution and return.
