Build a usable roster
Open Heroes to inspect ownership, availability, level, Ascension, talents and equipment. Hero fragments unlock heroes and advance owned heroes; the chest catalog shows which heroes are eligible. Check your Fated selection where offered before opening chests. A hero committed to a march or another assignment cannot take a conflicting job.
Level and ascend
Hero XP develops a hero within the current level cap. Ascension spends matching fragments and opens higher level limits. Inspect the next requirement before committing fragments. Talents are a separate progression choice: read the benefit and the activity it applies to. Ascension does not upgrade fixed hero skills; their current skill rank is 1.
Focus your Bond
Bond connects you to one selected hero. Form it from that hero’s Bond panel and review the milestone benefits. Only the active Bond provides its active benefits and receives new Bond progress. Switching preserves each hero’s earned progress. Keep several heroes ready so travel or recovery does not leave your next formation incomplete.
