Check where the result went
A resource balance, a Backpack pack, a hero fragment and an equipment item are different destinations. Read the result, then inspect the matching wallet or inventory. Opening a resource pack adds its contents to the spendable balance; owning the unopened pack is different from having that resource ready for a payment.
Automatic delivery and manual claims
Some battle outcomes deliver items automatically, while Daily Tasks and other panels can require a claim. Read the action shown rather than assuming every activity uses the same flow. Event contents can change; inspect the current in-game preview and claim state instead of relying on a fixed website list.
If something seems missing
Allow the activity to resolve, refresh its panel and review the report or purchase receipt. Check the correct hero, inventory and account before repeating an action. For unresolved delivery, contact support with player identity, approximate time, app version and the relevant report or order reference. Never send passwords or payment-card details.
