VIP progression

VIP levels can unlock account benefits and additional system access. Inspect the benefits shown at your current and next level; do not assume a benefit is active until the game marks it unlocked.

Purchase delivery

Store payments are handled by the platform store. Nightborn Empire receives the transaction result and delivers the entitlement. Keep the store transaction identifier if delivery appears incomplete.

Contact support@nightbornempire.com with your player ID, device, app version, and store transaction identifier. Never send passwords, full card details, or store credentials.

Purchase checklist

4. Take note of the transaction identifier after purchase.
5. Allow entitlement delivery to finish before retrying.

Compare the benefit shown for the current and next VIP level with the activity you actually perform. A locked benefit is not active, and a benefit with no effect on your current goal should not determine an unrelated purchase.
